Hello, my name is Rebecca Antonelli and I'm the President and CEO of Triangle and America PR. I wanted to take a moment and share a few experiences I've had since I've been working out with Angela.

1 - I would not work out 3 times a week if Angela didn't come to my home and wake me up!

2- I love the convenience of my pre-packed meals that Angela and I shopped for, cooked, and froze. Eating right became easy.

3- About a month after I started working out, my seventeen year old daughter (who's a size nothing) looked so pretty in a new outfit we had purchased the week before - the next day I went to her room before work and saw it on her chair. I laughed to myself thinking, "I wonder if I can get my fat butt into that outfit." And it fit! I got tons of compliments on how "hip" I looked that day.

4- I was driving my son to school and he leaned over from the back seat to hug me. He hugged my right arm and said,"Mommy, your arm feels so strong!"

5- My best boy buddy told me that I look better than I ever have in the five years he's known me.

6- Last week I was able to wear one of my daughter's low rise jeans (they were stretch, but it still counts).

7 - I have a big black tie affair tomorrow night and nothing to wear. When I went shopping for a dress, every one of them looked great on me.

8 - I'm buying a bikini for my beach trip this month.

9 - Even my double chin is going away.

If I'd lay off the chips and dip - I bet my double chin would be gone. Thanks Angela for your enthusiasm, your intensity, and your punctuality. I couldn't, wouldn't do this without you. I can't wait to see what the next 6 weeks brings!!!!
