- What your current physical condition is and why
- What your current level of commitment to my program is and why
- What your current financial condition is and why
- Your personal statement that you will treat this gift from your Father as a sacred trust and that you will not share this otherwise-payable information with others
Selection Process
- Led by His leadership given through prayer and given...
- Based on my perception of the intensity of your need
- Based on my perception of the state of your financial need
- Based on my perception of the level of your commitment to follow the program
Number of Awards
- One package will be awarded per week, up to 50 packages in a year
Follow-Up information
- Only 1 e-Mail application will be accepted per person per calendar year
- Your application will be kept on file and considered weekly for that calendar year
- No requests for status to The Body Sculptress will be given
- Awarded packages will be sent via e-Mail each week
- Your information will be treated totally confidentially
