My Client's Monthly Health and Fitness Newsletter

I'd Like to Announce a NEW CLIENT CATEGORY,
"My Special Project."

Each "My Special Project" client will have me for a 12 Week period, but unlike any client has before. Note that initially there will only be one special project at a time due to the demanding nature of the relationship. My "free time" is theirs if and when they need it.

What will they get?

  • The Special Person Will Become Better Than They Ever Dreamed Possible!!
  • "Sessions" won't be specified, results will be. Each week, we'll preschedule 3-6 hours together for shopping, cooking, exercise, etc, but more time can be requested, and will be given.
  • We will plan for 1% body fat reduction each week (ie a minimum of 12% in 12 Weeks)
  • We will plan for 5-10 lbs muscle gain in 12 weeks
To accomplish this we both commit to:
  • Daily phone calls for coaching and accountability
  • I'll go to their house and help them shop for, cook, and package their weekly meals
  • They will eat these meals as planned, without cheating (unless the cheat is planned)
  • I'll prepare, deliver and oversee each week's workout which will be specifically designed to achieve maximal results (ie very intense!)
  • They will perform the workouts exactly as detailed, even in my absence
  • The client's family must agree to participate with daily encouragement and accountability
  • The client must consider entering an upcoming local fitness / figure competition.
...and lastly...
  • The client's thoughts, family's thoughts, successes, photos, etc (ie entire journey) will be detailed on the web site, and may be picked up by local / national media.

My FIRST Very Special Project has already signed on!

Congratulations to Lynn, Hope, Loretta and Darlene, for working hard to achieve a body fat measurement at below 20%! Being in the 1#'s sure is nice, isn't it? By the way, not one of you is younger than 31!

P.S. Lots of others of you are there as well, but come by it more naturally.

Something to think about: "Diseases are a result of a lack of communication.

"There are certain things that your cells need to be healthy. If you learn nothing else today, you should know that everything is at the cellular and molecular level and we are nothing but a community of cells. We are a commune of cells. We are a metropolis of cells that have been given instructions to cooperate. When you have a large number of cells, like we are, ten trillion or so, there must be proper communication so that there will be proper division of labor.

You can take most any cell in your body and under the right conditions you can put it in a petrie dish and it can live all on it's own. They each have a life of their own. You can manipulate the genetics of a cell, and we've now made a blood cell into a nerve cell. Pretty soon we are going to be able to take any cell we want and make it into any other cell, because every cell in your body has the identical genetics, all derived from that egg and that sperm that came together.

Why is one cell different from another? Because they are reading different parts of the same library. You can influence which part of that genetic library that every cell reads by the environment of that cell. The environment of that cell is going to be very much dictated by, number one, hormones, and what you eat. Eating is just internalizing the external environment. That is what you have circulation for, to bring that external environment to each and every one of those cells that is inside of you."

Cancellation Policy

Session prices are either (1) Individual, (2) Series, or (3) Series + $75 (Monthly Autoship) Supplements. Series prices are provided given some sort of ongoing monthly schedule is agreed-to. The requested schedule will be reserved for you unless and until we agree to discontinue our current working relationship, or change the series. If the series should end, (1) Individual pricing will go into effect. Note that the Series will be considered ended should either 2 sessions in a row or 25% or greater of a month's sessions be canceled.

Sessions are payable in advance on a monthly basis, and paid sessions are non-refundable but may be put on hold if necessary.

As I book enough sessions to guarantee a certain standard of living for myself, I anticipate that you will commit to use your sessions within the purchased timeframe (i.e. 8x per month, 12x per month, etc). I understand that illness, travel and other unforeseen circumstances occur, however, and will accept a certain number of cancellations each month. If you choose to excessively cancel your sessions, however, I may choose to cancel your package, as I cannot pay my bills when clients cancel. Excessive cancellations are greater than 20% over a 1-2 month period (i.e. 2 out of 10, 3 out of 12, etc).

Note that I also reserve the right to choose to discontinue ongoing service at any time and for any reason.

Session Cancellation

If you need to cancel a session, please let me know about it 24 hours in advance. All session cancellations occurring 24 hours in advance or greater will not be charged as a worked session (ie that session will be rescheduled). All sessions which are canceled within a 24-hour window are billable and will not be rescheduled.

No Show. If I get to your session and you do not show up -- whether at a facility or at your home, you will be billed for the session since there is no way I can make up that financial loss. If, on the other hand, I do not show up, your session will be made up PLUS I will credit you with a free session.

Late. If you are going to be late for your session, I will wait for you for 15 minutes past your start time, and then I will leave. So if you are running behind, you need to call my digital (349-6948), otherwise I will leave after 15 minutes and you will be billed. If, on the other hand, I am going to be more than 15 minutes late, I will call you to let you know.

Messages. If time is not of the essence, call my office number (788-8981). If time is of the essence, call my digital number (349-6948).
